This is a space I created because I was searching for my own truth.

Not in theory.
In the moments I didn’t know who I was.
When I wore masks that I didn’t know were masks.
When I followed others’ truths and lost touch with myself.
This place is not built on knowledge.
It is built on loss and return.
It is made of trials, slips and breakthroughs.
Out of my deep need for clarity and my even deeper need for what is real.

When a leader loses touch with himself
I didn’t just notice a pattern.
I watched it happen.
Again. And again.
Things don’t fall apart because people don’t know what to do.
They fall apart because they stop listening to themselves.
And no one says it.
They talk about strategy.
About structure.
About performance.
But underneath, something is already off.
You see it in the room.
In the tension.
In the hesitation.
In decisions that don’t land.
Not because they’re wrong.
Because they’re not theirs.
This is where things start to break.
Not outside.
Inside.
Magic Leader® didn’t come from an idea.
It came from seeing this and not pretending it wasn’t happening.

I do it because I’ve seen what happens
when people don’t trust what they already know.
And I can’t ignore that.
So I stay with them until they do.
